Innovative Event Management (IEM) is a boutique event and program management company.  We specialize in hosting and managing transformational high impact workshops, retreats and professional growth programs.

IEM provides on-the-ground event and program production teams that are highly accomplished at handling all of the endless details of a live or online event. 

Our IEM teams handle it all. Everything from choosing the right venues (or platforms) all the way through the execution of all the travel and logistical needs of an event.  We design the environment from start to finish.

Our facilitators are completely free to focus on the delivery of their life changing programs.
